A. International Experts

Bachelor"s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
Advanced training or certification in railway RAMS standards (CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129) is a strong advantage.
A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in railway systems engineering.
Experience in similar positions on at least three (3) similar railway projects, specifically overseeing the system assurance of signaling, telecommunication, and electrification systems.
Practical experience in implementing and validating systems designed for long-term lifecycles.
At least 5 years of international experience.
Work experience in IFI-financed infrastructure projects is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Turkey, Eastern Europe, and/or CIS countries.
Fluent English language skill is required.

B. Key National Experts

At least a bachelor"s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
At least ten (10) years of experience in similar positions in infrastructure projects, preferably involving railway electrification and/or signaling and/or telecommunication projects.
Work experience in IFI financed infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Good Azerbaijani and English language skills are required.

At least five (5) years of experience in similar positions in railway infrastructure projects.
Work experience in IFI financed infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Good Azerbaijani and English language skills are required.
